May 9, 2008 Friday 4:03 am

They are trying to keep him comfortable tonight. So they are giving him pain medication and his blood pressure is tolerating it very well. They probably won't be able to keep giving him as much tomorrow morning but at least he's okay now. They already started back on his tube feeds. I think they will probably let him rest and recuperate this weekend and then start working on Monday. I don't really know the schedule but I will ask when the drs. make their rounds this morning. I know I said it before, but I am really glad that I can see his face again.

This is going to be so good for him. Thanks again for your continued prayers. We love you all.
God bless

Okay - the blog didn't remember me so this is probably going to be posted twice - but just in case it isn't - we wanted you all to know that we are thinking of you every single day all the time and still check up on you, Will, at least twice a day to see how you are doing. Thanks again Terri for being so diligent in keeping us all informed on Will's progress. Just know we are sending lots of prayers and good thoughts your way. Keep on hanging in there!

The reason you want to see his face is because he looks like his Dad. Thank goodness for that.
You can see why Will is my best friend. He is in awful pain but still has to have the basketball game. Who wouldn't want a friend like that !!!!
Will,I hope they get the pain under control today and you can rest. I don't know if you heard but Molly signed at NNU for track.
Also Kiel has a torn oblique and is on the DL for awhile. He is in Arizona rehabing according to Katie.

Where theres a WILL there always a way!!! You amaze me with your attitude & how agressive you are.
Hope this works & you'll soon be building your strength up. Pace had a trach for a short time also when he was 11 mths old. His was short lived. I will pray that yours is also & whatever is the problem is figured out. Best of Luck today. Enjoy the weekend and build up your strength. ( Rooting you on.") -- Culleys - Spring Creek

So glad to get the news that you are out of surgery Will and everything is going pretty well! I pray that the pain goes away soon. I know mom said it would be a while but I think it's really great that you may be able to go back to your apartment. That is definitely a step in a positive direction I think!!!
Well thinkin about you all lots. Took this a.m. and wen to the beach with the kiddos because Martin had to work. Then we got in the nana and papa's pool for the first time this summer. I guess it is finally here because it also looks like we are getting our first afternoon thunderstorm which happens almost everyday in the summer.
XOXO
