Sept. 11, 2008 Thursday 12:30 am

Today is officially Patriot's Day. This is the day that Pres. Bush set aside for us to remember 9-11 and the heroes that lost their lives that day. I ask that all of us take some time today and pray for the lives that were lost that day and the families they left behind. We need to pray for the ones that were affected by the act of evil cowards. Now the hard part: God told us to pray for our enemies and we should do that to. Then if you have a mind to, find the old song "What the World Needs Now is Love, Sweet Love" and sing along.

Okay, back to Will. He had dialysis and they were able to take off FIVE liters. Yup, that's right-5. That's 11 pounds of fluid and there's still more to go. That was very hard on the body so he has slept the day away, which is just fine. Tomorrow he will get up and take a walk I'm sure. It must feel very good to just wake up one day and be 11 pounds lighter. Where can I get a machine like that??? Grandma and Grandpa Atwood are still up there helping out. They are keeping Will entertained and great feet rubs.

We have been getting such great emails for Will. I can't wait to share them with him when I get up there on Friday. Thanks so much (again).

We love you all and God bless
and God bless America
