June 12, 2008 Thursday 2:18 am

Will hasn't felt too well today. He is in a lot of pain from the procedure yesterday. He didn't get any walks in but he did do a couple of trial for a total of about 11 hours. They should get the new, longer trach in today and then we will see if it is going to help him. It will definitely be a better day today. The pain should be easing up. He will get in a couple of walks also. Angel was very supportive of her brother today. She had to leave the room because his pain wasn't being taken care of and she was going to take some body's head off. She can handle a lot of things, but seeing her brother in pain isn't one of them. They finally wrote for a higher dose of pain meds. Angel left about noon so she could go with her husband to Boise. She's a busy girl.

We don't know if we are going to be moving today or not. It seems no one knows so I guess we will wait until somebody figures it out. Since we know everyone here and love them and they love Will a lot, maybe we should just stay here until we go home. I doubt our insurance would go for it but it's a good idea.

I hope to get the pictures up today when I got back to the apt.
God bless

We have some sun here today, and quite a lot less wind. There's nothing like nice weather to make your spirits come up and help to see things in a more positive manner. I am optimistic that today will be a better day for Will, praying for less pain, more walks, longer t-trials, and a big move to a big room! Hope the nice weather is showing itself in Salt Lake as well. Scott, Jen, Traj, Ryk, and Dax.

Well, Will we are sanding down the deck today and staining it. Wish you could be here to help. Maybe I can get Angel and Aaron to stop by and give a hand. I know that sounds like fun...probably more fun that you are having. I know that it will all be worth it when you are home in Hagerman. Good times ahead, we love you guys!
