It's really weird posting a blog in daylight. I don't know if I am able to do it. Anyway, Will has had a rough couple of days with pain and the drs. decided not to do the stomach feeding tube (ng) until Monday. They want him to rest. He seems to be struggling a little bit with his breathing so they are upping his support. That should let him rest more. Probably this is happening because of the pain. So again it's all a vicious circle. So the big, big doctor came in and said they wanted Will to rest this weekend and pick it up again on Monday. That might be a good plan. They want to get him off the vent either Monday or Tuesday, after putting in that ng tube. So that's the plan. I will keep you updated when things change.
Thanks everyone for the prayers, I feel stronger already.

Just want to tell you we love you and are praying hard for all of you. Be sure to try to rest yourselves this weekend while Will rests! We will be checking Monday and praying for His strength to be with all of you!

Oh, and if Will has a moment awake this weekend, be sure to tell him THANKS!!! This toddler's mother is very Thankful for the signing outlet Ruston is aquiring! He still says "more" more than anything, but has added "please" (a wonderful addition that helps stifle grunting and whining), and "shoe" and thinks that by blowing kisses he's covering "thank you" (& it works:)...So "THANKS" Will, and I mean the kiss, kiss kind:)

Hey there,
So I got home tonight and wanted to check to see how my buddy Will was doing. I finally figured out why he is one of my favorite people to take care of - we're both Aries! My b-day is today and in Will's honor all of the happy dancing and singing I will do, will also be for him. Of course I will be singing & dancing on his birthday as well. Please know that all of your 2East peeps are thinking/missing/praying for you!
